CHAUFFERING T & C
By booking our chauffeuring services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Amendments
-
All bookings are based on details submitted via our booking form. Once confirmed and paid, these details are considered final
-
Minor changes (e.g. passenger name, small time adjustments) may be allowed free of charge at our discretion if they do not affect the structure of the booking.

Major changes (e.g. location change, multiple stops) requested within 72 hours of service may incur extra charges and require approval
-
All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved in advance.
-
For long-distance or extended jobs, cancellation of the remaining portion of the journey is non-refundable.
2. Payment & Cancellation Policy
-
All additional charges (e.g. extended hours, location changes, wait-time extensions) must be paid in advance before the driver proceeds.
-
The driver will be instructed not to move or continue the journey until payment is received and confirmed.
-
If a customer causes conflict, refuses to pay, or interferes with the driver’s duties, the job will be terminated immediately with no refund
-
For journeys longer than 4 hours (V-Class, luxury vehicles, or Sprinters), a £250 refundable deposit is required.
-
Two-way bookings (where the driver waits) also require a £250 deposit.
-
Requests for changes during a journey (e.g. going to a club or venue and needing to extend time) must be paid for upfront. If not, the journey will end at the originally booked time.

3. Timing & Waiting Policy
-
A 10-minute grace period is provided from the scheduled pickup time.
-
After 10 minutes, if the client is late:
-
The journey may end at the original scheduled drop-off time; or
-
Continue, subject to driver availability and additional charges.
-
Any pick-up time changes made less than 24 hours prior will incur a £20 administration fee, plus the cost of the service extension.
4. Journey Structure
-
Our booking form includes a dedicated section to select your journey type (e.g., one-way, return, or multi-stop).
-
It is the client’s responsibility to select the correct journey type when booking.
-
If there is any confusion, the client must contact our team before making payment for clarification.
-
Any special requirements, drop-off preferences, extra stops, or other relevant notes must be added in the "Additional Information" section of the form.
-
Failure to provide accurate journey details may result in delays, denied service, or additional charges.

5. Additional Time & Charges
If your journey extends beyond the originally booked time, the following hourly rates apply:

V-Class Jet: £100/hour
-
Sprinter: £150/hour
-
These charges must be paid in advance for the extension to be honored.
-
Failure to make payment may result in the driver not continuing the service.

6. Passenger Conduct & Use of Vehicle
-
Smoking, drug use, or use of gas canisters (e.g. Smartwhips) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
-
If suspected or discovered, the £250 deposit will be withheld, and the service may be terminated immediately.
-
Food and beverages must be handled responsibly to avoid mess or damage.
-
Any spills, stains, or messes that require professional cleaning will result in a £100 cleaning fee.
7. Passenger Capacity
-
Passenger limits must be respected based on the vehicle booked.
-
If the number of passengers exceeds the limit (e.g. 8 arrive for a 7-seater), the driver may cancel the service on arrival with no refund.
-
For Sprinter bookings, any increase in passengers without pre-approval may result in additional charges or service denial.

Apartments & Hotel T & C
By making a booking and staying at one of our properties, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Noise, Parties & Disturbance
-
Parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited at all times, particularly after 11:00 PM.
-
Any disturbance reported by neighbors or building management may result in immediate removal without refund.
-
Any fines or penalties issued to us due to your conduct will be passed on to you.
Smoking, Drugs & Prohibited Substances
-
Smoking or drug use inside the property is strictly forbidden.
-
Evidence of either will result in a £200 fine and potential immediate termination of your stay.
-
Smoking is only permitted on balconies (if available) and must be done responsibly.
Prohibited Items
-
The use or possession of Smartwhips or nitrous oxide canisters is strictly banned.
-
Discovery of these items will result in an automatic £100 fine and termination of your stay without refund.
Guest Policy
-
The number of guests allowed is as stated at the time of booking.
-
Any additional guests without prior written approval will result in cancellation without refund.
-
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests unless otherwise approved.

Cleanliness & Damage
-
The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
-
A £300 holding deposit is required to cover potential damages or excessive cleaning.
-
Costs exceeding this deposit will be invoiced to you directly.
Identification
-
A valid government-issued photo ID must be provided before check-in.
-
Failure to provide ID will result in denied entry with no refund.
Keys & Check-Out
-
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
-
Late check-outs without prior approval will be charged at £50 per hour.
-
Keys must be left on the table at check-out. A £120 fee will apply for lost or unreturned keys.
Booking Terms
-
All bookings are non-refundable. We recommend securing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
-
We reserve the right to inspect the property during your stay. Any violations may lead to early termination of your stay without refund.
Parking
-
Our properties do not include on-site parking. Nearby public parking may be available at your own cost and discretion.
By submitting your booking and ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.

PAYMENTS T & C
Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your booking:
1. Deposit & Balance
-
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
-
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before your scheduled booking date.
-
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation without refund.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
Once payment has been made, cancellations will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
-
Verified hospital or medical emergency
-
Flight cancellation with proof
-
Change of mind, alternative services found, or non-emergency personal reasons (e.g. restaurant bookings, delays, or preference changes) will not be accepted for refund or cancellation.
-
Cancellations within 72 hours of the booking date are non-refundable.
-
Earlier cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion, minus applicable processing fees.
3. Booking Changes
-
Changes to bookings (e.g. vehicle or apartment type) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the booking.
-
If a requested change alters the original booking significantly, a new quote may be issued.
-
If the revised quote is not accepted, the original booking and pricing will remain, and no refunds will be provided.
4. Confirmation & Communication
-
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
-
A formal confirmation and invoice will be issued via email upon payment.
-
All communications related to changes, cancellations, or payment must be made directly with our team via the contact information provided.
